LMV791: ESD parameter and latch current parameter

Part Number: LMV791

Our customer need LMV791MFX ESD CDM level and CDM test standard , LMV791MK, LMV791MKX  latch current paremeter

I don't see the parameters in datasheet, where can I get the parameters or reference , thanks.

  • Hi Lanjie,

the ESD ratings can be found in section 6.2 of datasheet.

    Hello Lanjie,

Kai is correct as far as the datasheet goes.  I have attached a picture below.  Can you please explain what you mean by the latch current parameter?  Do you mean the current draw during a latch-up condition?

    Regards,

    Daniel

  • Hi Daniel,

I guess by "latch current parameter" Lanjie is meaning the minimum current through the internal parasitic SCR that does not cause latch-up, as discussed here:

    Hello Lanjie,

Were you able to find the answer to your question in the link Kai provided? This explains the JEDEC standard TI uses to test latch up. The typical test pulse current is 100 mA, as described in section 2.1.

    Thanks for the help Kai!

    Daniel
