Hi.
How much reverse current does each of the 4 inputs and 4 outputs support when the Vcc is 0?
Depending on the configuration we have implemented, there may be a case in which any of these inputs or outputs can generate an inverse current and we want to ensure that it does not affect the correct operation of the amplifier.
Thanks
Hello Isaac,
The leakage current for any of the input or output pins is independent of Vcc as long as abs max limits are not exceeded.
Hello Kirby.
I don't mean leakage current, I mean the reverse current or limit protection in the inputs or outputs because I have connected a photodiode and can work as a photovoltaic cell.
Thanks
Hi Isaac,
I am still not sure I understand your question.
See the schematic in the datasheet. The inputs and outputs are relatively large, high breakdown pnp transistors that are mostly isolated and there are no ESD cells on the part.
The inputs bias current is independent of Vcc as long as the input voltage does not violate abs max. The outputs will be independent of Vcc, other than output current. Obviously, with Vcc = 0, the part will not be able to supply current.
Hi Kai.
Our photodiode isn't "powerful". In the case where the maximum current it will not exceed 0.5mA.
I thouth that the input current would refer to input current by power supply.
Thank you very much for your response, very kind
