The maximum sinking/sourcing current of any op amp is the short-circuit current and in case of OPA320 it is specified as typical +/-65mA - see below.
Having said that, the swing to the rail is a function of the output current - the more current op amp sinks its swing to negative rail will be higher - see curves below.
Just be aware that in order to force the op amp to sink current you must use a close-loop configuration and drive the output towards negative rail with the load connected to a voltage above negative rail (you may NOT use an open-loop configuration shown on your schematic above).
