What is meaning of “0.010 (0.25) M” at package size?
What' stand for?
It seems to be a tolerance for pin’ width but Max value is 0.02 and min value is 0.012.
How we can make 0.01 tolerance for each pin?

The response by Cameron in the above thread is excellent. I would just add that these conventions are all part of ASME Y14.5M Dimensioning and Tolerancing standard.
