Is TLV8542 opamp Low Input-Bias Current: 100 fA • Wide Supply Range: 1.7 V to 3.6 V

can works with 3volt CR2032 coin cell for power supply? or is it mandatory requires +V and -V (+3v, -3v ) as power supply?

Yes, no problem working directly from 3V CR2032 coin cell if it is applied directly from across the supply pins (V+) to (V-).
I just wanted to make sure you are not using two coin cells and applying +/-3V across the supply pins. The max operating voltage is 3.6V, and this is the difference between (V+) and (V-).
