what is the maximum and nominal supply current absorbed by Vcc considering all four comparators?

Dear kai,
I have read the datasheet but it is not clear to me if the reported data refer to a comparator or to all four ...
Can I suppose 2.5mA as total current absorbed by IC?

Hi Stefano,

yes, with a possible slight increase at low temperatures as shown in figure 1 of datasheet.

Sorry Kai,
but if I look "Figure 1. Supply Current vs Supply Voltage" in datasheet the maximum value of Input current (@33Vcc and -55°C) is 1,6mA.
Why this difference respect 2,5mA reported in Table 7.8?

Stefano,

Table 7.8 shows a MAX Icc of 2.5mA however typical is 1mA. The datasheet plots generally represent TYPICAL valued curves. The spec in Table 7.8 shows that based on our testing and validation, you could still possibly see up to 2.5mA of supply current, which could explain the discrepancy between Figure 1 and Table 7.8.
