TLV6002: Output swing negative rail

Hi,

My customer hopes that TLV6002 can output 5mV on V+=5V, V-=GND, RL=50 kΩ connected to GND (not Vs/2), Ta=-20℃~70℃.
If RL=50 kΩ is connected to GND, is this realized?

How should we judge this?
