Hello,

I have a question about E/S function.

When E/S pin is changed from Hi to Low,
does the output become zero(GND level)?

It is written that the output is disabled and shut down in 1µs
in the datasheet.

Is this the meaning that output will be high impedance, not zero?

Hi Itabi,

you will find a perfect explanation on this issue in section "ENABLE/STATUS (E/S) PIN" and section "Output Disable" of datasheet. I couldn't explain it better.

Of course, the disabled output becomes high impedant and will NOT emit 0V. The datasheet concretely says: "...the disabled device will behave like a 750pF load."
