I’m intend to use both 0-20mA output and 0-10V output in 3-wire application under a single +15V supply.

I can't say if that XTR305 functional with a single power supply. 

If not, is there an alternative chip can achieve the requirement from above ？

    Hi Feng,

    section 7.1 mentions that the XTR305 can be powered asymmetrically (for example, +24 V and −5 V). The problem is that the input voltage must stay 3V away from the supply rails. The output voltage swing is also limited to 3V from the rails. See the "input voltage range" and "output" specifications in sections 6.5, 6.6, 6.7 and 6.8.
