Hi I selected TLV7011 for the CLK recovery , analog to digital conversion.

what is the frequency range of the TLV7011.can we operate safe in 27.12Mhz,50MHz in all conditions?

Hello Anu,

No. The TLV7011 is not fast enough.

See section 15.3 of the TI Precision Labs, slide 16:

TI Precision Labs - Op Amps: Comparator Applications 3

You will need to use a fast comparator such as the TLV3501, or the LMH7220 if you need a LVDS output.
