LMH5401: LMH5401 Amplifier part Storage Temperature clarifications

Part Number: LMH5401

We are planning to use your amplifier part: LMH5401IRMST as ADC driver amplifier in our new application.

For our requirement the Storage temperature requirement should be -55deg Celsius whereas your datasheet spec is only -40deg Celsius only.

Please clarify whether your part supports -55deg Celsius storage temperature or not?

We are assuming the datasheet spec might be typing error because of all your other parts are supporting -55deg storage.

Note:

We know that LMH5401-SP Rad hardened part is available. But we can't use this part for our application due to export restrictions.

Hi,

I have gone through and confirmed that this temperature rating is not an error. -40C is the ABS min the storage temp is rated at for the LMH5401.

Hi,
Which factor of this device is limiting storage temperature upto -40C?
Will it fail/degrade when we storage the device at temperature of -55C? What kind of impact when we store at -55C?

Do you have any alternate part which supports -55C storage temperature and HD2, HD3 & IMD performance >90dBc from 100 to 200MHz?

Hi,

I have been informed that the minimum storage temperature for the LMH5401 is -65’C. The -40’C min storage temperature in the datasheet will be updated.
