TLV9001: Propagation delay

Hi Team,

My customer is asking for the propagation delay for TLV9001. The datasheet does not provide such data. Please provide the data.

Besides, do we have comparator with Voffset at 0.8mV? My customer is looking for SGM8743YC5G replacement. Thanks.

    Hi Yen,

    the TLV9001 is an OPAmp and no comparator. So, the datasheet of TLV9001 does not specify the propagation delay time. But it specifies the slew rate, the settling time and the overload recovery time. These are the relevant parameters for an OPAmp.

    Kai is exactly correct. The closest parameter for an op-amp is the overload recovery time but the settling time and slew rate impact the "propagation delay" as well.

    Hello Andy,

    At these speeds, they need to use a "real" comparator.

    The functionally closest would be the TLV3501, though it is not P2P. Offset is a bit more because the temperature range is wider (125C).

    The closest P2P compatible would be the LMV7219 (7ns), though the offset is slightly higher.

    The lowest offset comparator is the LMV761.
