    I did not cross every device listed above, but let me tell you what RF amplifier that TI does have.  There are two part series that are of interest: TRF37x73 and TRF37x75.  The '73 is a 3.3V amplifier in (x=) A,B,C,D flavors.  The '75 is a 5V amplifier in (x=) A, B, C flavors.  The flavors relate to nominal gain which range from 10 dB to 20 dB.  The 5V amplifiers are a bit more linear and the 3.3V amplifiers are a bit lower in power consumption.

    These gain block amplifiers have a couple of advantages over other typical offerings from other vendors.  The amp is in a small 2mm square package internally matched to 50 ohms.  It is very easy to slip the amplifier in where needed and you can adjust the gain as needed by substituting any one of the A-D flavors needed.  The amplifiers also have a power down feature that most other amps don't have.
