LM358: LM358 current error

We use TI's LM358 operational amplifier on the motherboard, and there is a problem of different magnification performance consistency in practical applications.

    Thanks for the table. I found that OUT1 is working well. OUT1 = 16 * VIN + 16 * VIO. VIN was 14.85mV and VIO was calculated to be between -2.14mV and +0.55mV which is a passing value per data sheet. I found that OUT2 is limited by VCC and I suspect VCC is 5V. The output of LM358 is not rail to rail, and VOH is well under VCC. VOH specification for 5V (at 25C) is 3.5V

    Here is OUT2 vs. OUT1 and the VOH limiting is obvious. The one dot that is out of place was likely a typographical error for SN1 value. changing  3.757 to 3.557 would bring it back into line.
