When I read the data sheet of the THS4121 I can found two contradictory informations about the operating temperature range for the THS4121IDGK. At the top, I can read -40/85°C.
In the ordering section, I can read 0/70°C only for the DGK package. for other packages the tempearture range is in accordance with the suffix I : -40/85°C.
Could you confirm which is the good range for the THS4121IDGK ?
