Thanks for considering to use Texas Instruments. Unfortunately we do not have any current monitor with such a low iq specification. Presently our lowest iq part is the INA216 with a max iq of 25uA. However, if you do not need to constantly monitor current and can spend a little more, we do have the INA190, which can be disabled when not in use. When disabled, the INA190's Iq is typically 10nA.
