TLV3691: Input Bias current

Team, may I please request details on the input bias current across temperature for this device?

    The TLV3691 is a CMOS input, so the bias current will double for every 10°C.

    The bias current vs. Temp is shown in figure 2 in the datasheet, page 7. Spec is 20nA max over temperature.

    It is usually better to extrapolate back from the higher temperature down to the lower temperature. The bias current usually "plateaus" around 10fA at due to package leakages.
