On my custom design PCB, I use multiple TLV274 type OpAmps for doing Howland Current pump configurations. Among eight of them, only two of the TLV274 is over heating. All of them is power with +5V and -4.2V. I checked all signal and power connections. There is no short circuit and unusual connected traces. I attached the schematic of TLV274 used Howland Current Pump. So, why the problem occurs and how the solution can be?
