Hi

I'm after the thermal characteristics of the OPA2376AIDGKR namely Theta (j-c) °C/W, Theta (j-b) °C/W and Theta (j-b) °C/W. Also looking for the maximum power dissipation and at what temperature this is quoted at

    The thermal characteristics are in section 6, page 7 of the data sheet.
    The absolute maximum junction temperature is 150 degrees C. The maximum power dissipation will depend on the inherent thermal characteristics plus the board to ambient number (will depend on design of the board and any other temperature management) and the ambient temperature.
