Do you have electrical properties for the silicon? I am looking for dielectric constand and loss tangent. If you have electrical resistivity, that works too.

Hi Mike,

What do you mean by signal integrity simulations? Is this something like a Pspice model?
Also can you not use the general electrical properties for silicon for example the dielectric constant of 11.9 of Si?
