Do you have one-chip solution for single-ended to differnential and differential to single-ended?

I only found a reference design as below.

Hey Nic,

Of course if you can drive an input resistor this is what FDA's do. They take signal ended inputs to differential output on a seperately set output common mode - the lowest speed one would be the THS4531A
