USB2ANY: Device Manager doesn't show USB2ANY

Part Number: USB2ANY

I connected my laptop to USB2ANY to evaluate the low power DCDC device which is controlled by I2c.

But the GUI software shows that ‘Hardware not Connected. Failed to connect’.

So I checked Device Manager on Windows. But it doesn't show USB2ANY. My computer may do not recognize USB2ANY.

If USB2ANY is recognized by Windows correctly, how is it showed on Device Manager?

And also what should I do to make USB2ANY work?

  • Hello Mamoru,

Please note that the USB2ANY interface is not intended to be used in any application other than one with which it has been paired with a specific EVM. A note indicating that intention is listed on the USB2ANY web page, "The USB2ANY is intended to be used with a paired EVM and not licensed for use as a standalone product. For support, please submit your questions to the appropriate E2E forum of the paired EVM." Therefore, if the USB2ANY is being paired with a TI DC-DC converter EVM, then submit a request for assistance to the DC-DC converter E2E forum.

This is the extent of support we can provide from the Precision Amplifiers Applications e2e. We have no other information about the USB2ANY interface.

    Regards, Thomas
