Does the replacement have to be the same pinout and package? Are the balance pins needed?

Customer prefer P2P, but I think that is not a must. For the balance pin, I think it would be better to have, but I am checking with customer.

the two "171" have the disadvantge of a much lower slew rate and a much longer settling time compared to the TL071. This can be an issue, if the input of a SAR ADC has to be driven. But the "191" and "192", on the other hand, might be too fast, and this could cause stability issues in a circuit which originally was designed for the TL071. It's difficult to decide, because no one of the alternatives would be a 100% replacement, as so often. So, I would tell the customer this difficulty.
