INA208: INA208 output accuracy over temperature

Part Number: INA208

Hi support team

As D/S mentioned, the max output accuracy over temperature is +/-3.5%, is this number included input filter gain error?

May i have idea where the +/-3.5% coming from, which parameter inside the IC will much impact the accuracy?

  • Hi Red,

If you look at the note in the datasheet, it leads you to an explanation on the bottom of the page which says "Total output error includes effects of gain error and Vos (input offset voltage)."

We already discussed offset voltage in another of your posts. Gain error is the other dominant source of error in a current sense amplifier, especially at large input signals. Please watch this video to learn more: Understanding gain errors
