INA240-Q1: Slew Rate circuit conditions unknown like Rl,Cl

Dear Support,

I have a question regarding to INA240 Slew Rate. The datasheet

gives typical value of 2V/us.

What were the measuring circuit conditons?

As I discovered the SR is influeneced by internal compensation capacitance but also depends on Capacitance at output of amplifier.

See TL3474 Slew Rate definition. Here the SR was tested at CL=300 pF, RL = 2k Ohm

What were the RL, CL,and Gain during INA240 testing?

Hi Krysztof,

unless otherwise mentioned, the load is 10k plus 10pF for the 10:1 scope probe, usually.

The test conditions are listed in the datasheet spec table. In the case of SR, no external load is specified.

Thank You for the response,

Where are they listed? over the tech-spec table is only:
at TA = 25 °C, VS = 5 V, VSENSE = VIN+ – VIN–
, VCM = 12 V, and VREF1 = VREF2 = VS / 2 (unless otherwise noted)

Would like to be sure about testing method. Kindly thanks

Hi Krzysztof,

In addition to the test condition you noted, there could be other specific conditions for each parameter. If this is the case they will be listed after the receptive parameters. In the case of slew rate, here is how it appears in the spec table:

There is no additional condition listed, therefore we can say no load is specified.
