My Customer is verifying if our opamp TLV271 and TLV272 have internal clamp diode protection on the input pins?

Hi Renan,

No, TLV27x does not have clamping diodes at the input.

Hi Bala,

If this part has no internal clamping diode on inputs, why is that I measured aprox 0.7 volts between +input and VCC and - input and VCC with my ohmmeter in continuity mode and with the ohmmeter reversed I measure the same to the ground?

Hi Renan,

Sorry, I went off the datasheet. Testing in lab showed the presence of clamping diodes at the input.
