packaging orientation, reflow time and Di washability

Information regarding the packaging of the LM7372 can be found within the appropriate folder on the "Quality and Packaging" tab:

The "MSL Rating/Peak Reflow" column specifies the peak reflow temperatrue: Level-3-260C-168 HR (in this case, 260°C).

For further clarity, we often reference an appnote, AN-2029, to our customers.  The note focuses on the recommended process times and temperatures:

The package orientation information is present on a graphic in the final pages of the LM7372 datasheet, under PACKAGE MATERIALS INFORMATION (page 24).

When referencing the tape and reel placement and orientation graphics, please know PIN 1 is oriented in Q1, such that each part is placed with PIN 1 in the upper left of the allotted space on tape/reel.

From the experience of my team, and the intentional design of our packages, the part is Di washable.
