INA381: Input Impedance CMPREF pin

Hello,

Could you please share more information on the input bias current and/or input impedance of the CMPREF pin in the INA381 datasheet? We’re using the A2 version.

Hey Keith,

I am looking into this now. I would guess that it is a fairly high impedance input since we recommend that CMPREF voltage can be set with a resistor divider without any loading effects from an internal CMPREF impedance.

Hey Keith,

I have checked with the designer and the inputs to the comparator (so CMPREF and CMPIN pins) have input impedances of hundreds of MΩ. Hope this helps.
