TL084: Date code on thr front of the IC

Part Number: TL084

I am interested in knowing the lot and manufacturing date of some TL084CN chips I have just bought.

On the front of the chip above the TL084CN identification it is written 45A720M and on the backside it is witten in side one of the two circles the chip has it is written 0H90.

Are these markings enough to identify the lot and teh manufacturing date of the chips.

P.S.: The shop where I acquired chips made their acquisition on May 2015

Atanasio,

The first two characters show the assembly date, 2014 May.

The characters on the bottom of the part are not related to the lot number.

I would be very grateful if you can confirm me the meaning of each carácter.

I am assuming the chips are coming from the same lot when all of them are equal, but I want to be more precise.

Atanasio,

The rest of characters are generated in a cryptic manner for the lot code and site of assembly. All devices with TL084CN and 45A720M are from the same lot. Why is this important? Do you have some issue issue with the TL084CN devices?
