LMV611: The Relation between CMVR of LMV611 and Temperature and Working Time

Part Number: LMV611

I see that the CMVR of LMV611 in the data manual is related to temperature. Will there be a long time drift in this CMVR? For example, the CMVR range of a LMV611 I used at 85℃ is just between V - and V +, which meets the data manual index. After 10 years of work, will the CMVR range of this IC decrease or change at 85 ℃?

  • Hi Jace,

Please note that maximum expected long term shift (10 years) is 100% of the max value. In your case you can expect the common-mode voltage range to increase by a max of (V- + 0.3V) to (V+ - 0.3V) when operating at 85C. Please keep in mind that long-term effect is not a linear function of time. It shifts fast in the first year and slows down in the later years.

    Best Regards,
