INA240: Suitable Part

Part Number: INA240
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA169, INA293

Dear Team,

The customer original using INA240.

But they are looking for higher bandwidth.

The requirements are:

High side

High speed

Bandwidth>1MHz

Gain 150~200

Common mode voltage 65V

Will INA169 suitable here?

Or is there new devices I am not aware of?

    Hello Kevin,

    Achieving BW > 1MHz in a gain of 150 to 200 V/V is quite high performance and getting into high speed amplifier territory. Our best option is the new INA293, which supports Vcm from -4V to +110V and BW = 850 kHz (G=100) and BW = 800 kHz (G=200).

    The INA169 is not an option. At high gain the effective bandwidth drops into the tens of kHz.
