INA240-Q1: Gain Error, Linearity Error, Offset error variation with temperature

Part Number: INA240-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA240

We are considering INA240 for the temperature range -40°C, 25°C 80°C.

The gain error, non linearity error & offset voltage charecteristics mentioned in the datasheet are availabe only for operating temperature of 25°C.

Please suggest gain error, non linerity error & offset voltage charecteristics for -40°C & 80°C.

Also for considering worst case, what tolerances are to be considered other than temperature (for example aging or soldering, etc).

  • Hi Premnath,

With the room temperature spec and the drift spec, you should be able to calculate the max error spec at a specific temperature: Room Spec ± DeltaTemperature X Drift.

We don’t have a drift spec for nonlinearity, I would assume it is flat.

Aging and soldering is part of standard device qualification, and is taken care of in device specification. There is no need to worry about them individually.
