And it should be in 4 lines like this:

/883 Q
5962 -77043
02XA

Would you be so kind to specify that 1637B 5D firstly and THA . in the end mean? Is our marking of original device? And Would you be so kind to send us documents like datasheet confirming that 5 lines of marking is standard?

My research found that 5 lines are correct.

I'll transfer post to high reliability group for support of the meaning of the symbolization.

Hello Olesya,

As Ron says, the proper marking should be 5 lines. We have a bug in our website that does not show the top line that we are working on fixing.

The top line is the date code with the lot information.

In this case, the seal date is 2016, workweek 37. The B is a lot identifier. 5D indicates the year and quarter the wafer lot came out of the wafer fab (D is fourth quarter of the year).
