    Hi There!

    Welcome to our e2e forum!  The AMC1300 will always be configured for a differential measurement, there is no way to change that.  However, you can tie INN to GND1 and apply a single ended +/-250 mV signal to INP.  You can also apply a bias voltage to INN of up to 2.5V with your single ended signal connected to INP.
