Does AMC1311 need a clamp divoe to 5V for the VIN PIN?

Hi James,

Will the input to the AMC1311 ever exceed the Absolute Maximum Ratings listed in section 7.1 of the datasheet? If the chance exists for Vin to exceed VDD1 + 500mV, I would consider using an external clamp.
