Opa548 does it work as an alternating current/voltage regulator?
Like this : +/-5V 1A

I'm not sure what you mean by saying "alternating current/voltage regulator" but if you mean whether OPA548 can sink and source current then that is correct - since OPA548 has class AB output stage, it can sink/source up to 3A (see below). Of course, the higher output current requires further output voltage swing from the rail, which is shown in the table below.
You may simulate +/-5V output with 1A peak current, which requires 5ohm load resistor - see below output.
I have attached below Tina-TI schematic you may use for your own simulations.
