Two months ago, our company bought 2500pcs LM211QDR from MOUSER ELECTRONICS on 4/19/2019, and we received these on about 5/10/2019 , then we found the chip pins are oxidized. Now, we need your help to deal with this problem.

Hello Wendy,
The LM211QDR now uses a "roughened" lead frame.
Roughened lead frames do not have the nice "shiny" appearance we are accustomed to, and look "oxidized" with a dull finish.
