Please tell me about the contents of the notation "IPWR" at the end of TLV4314 IPWR. I think PW is a package and R is a large reel product. What is I?

DDoor-san,

That spot is often used to describe the temperature range.

"I" is industrial temperature range. -40C to 85C or higher.

"C" is commercial temperature range. 0C to 70C

"Q" is automotive temperature range. -40C to 125C (see data sheet for automotive rating claims)

"M" is military temperature range. -55C to 125C (see data sheet for rating claims)

Actually, I think the automotive Q temperature range is -40C to +125C.
