LMH5401-SP: Large signal flat gain available

Good day.

Our customer would like to know the following:

1) The available large signal flat gain (0.1 to 0.2 dB flat) of the LMH5401-SP for a DC coupled (0 Hz) to ~ 2 GHz and also 2.5 GHz application with 1A)- 1VP-P output 1B)- 2VP-P output. The configuration is single-ended input to differential output.

2) An available device with higher frequency wideband.

Hi,

I will need to locate the raw characterization data and send to you so that customer can determine bandwidth for gain flatness requirement. This is the highest bandwidth space grade device that is currently offered.

Hi,

I have sent you an email with the raw data file used to generate datasheet Figure 2. SE-DE Small Signal Frequency Response vs Gain. From this you can measure gain flatness across any bandwidth you would like.
