Hi,

We are using OPA355NA/250 to control the BSB013NE2LXI mosfet. The Opamp control the mosfet drain current.

There is requirement for voltage rail is rise time 1A per 5ns fall time is 1.5A per 5ns.

is the Op-Amp able to do?

Hi Srinivasarao,

your MOSFET has an input capacitance of 5nF and for stability reasons the OPA355's output is not able to directly drive such a high capacitance. So, I don't think that the OPA355 can do this job. There are special MOSFET drivers which are much better suited.
