INA193: Delay in Current Read

hello,

I am using INA193 For a current sense application. But the delay in reading the current is round 8uSec. I want a Current Sense amplifier which can do this within 1-2uSec.

Please find the image below. And suggest me a part which can do this.

what do the curve names mean? Can you show a schematic and explain where exactly you measure these signals?

Hi Vishal,

Looks like your input range is 0mV-100mV, this probably covers more than one operation modes of INA193, therefore the longer delay; otherwise it should be faster. The datasheet step response curves are shown with 10mV-100mV steps and the settling time is about 2-3uS.

You can try INA293, which is similar to INA193, with higher slew rate and bandwidth. If high common mode input is not a must, you may also look into INA301, INA181.
