In the datasheet of INA138, I didn't find the accuracy info of current acquisition. Could you provide it?

Hi Yang,

The current measurement tolerance is lumped into one parameter – Total Output Error.

However this is under a specific input condition of Vsense =100mV. To find out what this number is for a customized input condition, the easiest way is to use the online error calculator, located at the right hand side of the product page http://www.ti.com/product/INA138 :
