For the INA260EVM-PDK , is there a Linux compilation of the GUI or even a CLI interface to the hardware, or is it only capable of working with a Windows operating system?

Hi Alan,

Most likely it only works in Windows, and not in Linux. Certain versions (full and professional) of NI works with Linux, if you happen to have access to such software, you might be able to download the GUI source code and recompile.
