    Hi Mehul,

    Thank you for your post, I'm happy to help you look into this. 

    Let's first make sure the INA821 is operating linearly. Can you help answer the following questions?

    • What are the voltage supplies?
    • What is the gain? What resistor value do you have installed?
    • What is the reference voltage?
    • What is the common mode voltage? At any instant, what voltage is on the IN+ and IN- pins? The average of this will give the common mode voltage
