Hi,
except the current that is actually allowed to flow to the output, what is the max internal current consumption of the part?
Given an input on 12V what is the maximum dissipation that this part could see?
Also, is there any data allowing this part to go past 125C a the juction? (maybe as high as 135-140C?). With storage temperature being 150C and no strong transient stresses, would the part the able to operate reliably?
