Dear all

     Please help to recommend  the LED Driver device,parameter requirements are as follows:

     1. DC-DC Input voltage:18V ~ 60V  (instant pulse voltage is 72V )

     2. Output voltage:30V ~ 60V

     3. Output current:3A~4.8A(adjustable)   /  6A~410A(adjustable) 

     4. Output current can be adjustable;

     5. Can be soft start, LED could be lighting slowly,so that prevent LED from burning out due to excessive instantaneous current

    Went,

    Please go to www.ti.com and type these specifications into the parametric search tool.  This will recommend all related devices that might fulfill your requirements.

    Looking at your specs, you will need a buck-boost type controller (external MosFET) as your currents are high and your voltages require both buck and boost capability.  Also, I have never seen a 410A LED system, so I'm hoping that is a typo as that is an incredibly high current which none of our devices could support.
