We are in the process of trying to obtain the information. Frequently we are asked for a picture of the reel that the device came from. If you have access to the reel label, please post a picture of that as well.

Our Quality Engineers have asked if there are any markings on the top side of the device as well. Could you send a picture of this?

We are currently still following up with the quality team to identify the date code for the part you have.

We expected to see different codes to show the date code but it does not seem to appear for your parts... do you have the tape reel that you got the parts from? Or any of sort of packaging information that came shipped with the devices you've received?

The device shown in your picture was manufactured in 2009, Week 52.
