OPA320: How to set the parameters of current source in TINA software to simulate the Si Photodiode

We use the TINA software to simulate the reference design TIDU535(www.ti.com.cn/.../tidu535.pdf).But we choose the Si Photodiode(HAMAMATSU S1227 series) as the input signal source.

We want to know whether the Photodiode model contain the P/N of Si Photodiode?If not,how to set the parameters of current source in TINA software to simulate the Si Photodiode?

    To test DC response of the photodiode circuit, you will sweep the current source (IPD) from the dark current value (ID) up to the short-circuit current value in the table above. The junction capacitance (CJ) should be set to the terminal capacitance from the table above.
