LMH6643: Datasheet spec

Part Number: LMH6643

Hi

LMH6643 datasheet was changed from P-ver to Q-ver as below.

What is meaning AT TEMPERATURE EXTREMES? Total temperature range -40C to +85C? or only -40C and +85C?

I'm confusing, because, it was deleted "at Tj=25C" on the P-ver datasheet.

So,I think, Q-ver say the right values are spec at total temperature range, and the left values are spec at only -40C and +85C.

Or The right values are spec at room temp, and the left value are spec at total temperature range.

Which Is correct?

Yea, National likes to make you piece it together like kind of a puzzle,

The P rev says change to TI format but this is not a TI format, no TI datasheet has this added over temp range column that I know of.

Piecing this together the recommended range table says -40 to 85C so that is the implied over temp for the temp extremes column

The footnote 1 on the right columns says tested which would be somewhere around 25C - footnote 2 is also humorous.

Also note the midscale condition at the top is at 1.5V, only 0.3V of 25C positive swing from there - so not much DC coupled operating range going positive for gain of 1.
