Hi,

Can you please provide few options for op-amps with following specification.

Bandwidth : ~20MHz

Operating Voltage: 3V to 5.5V single supply

Operating Temp: -55C to 125C (EP part)

Input Offset Voltage: <1mV

Input bias Current: <100nA

No of circuits in package: 1, 2, 4

Package: SMD leaded package (no QFN, DFN etc)

Pretty nice list of specs, missing -

1. RR input or output?

2. Unity gain stable or decomp?

3. What kind of circuit? Straight buffer, gain, active filter , etc.

4. Noise (kind of leads into supply current range).

Please find the missing specs,

1. RR input/output is not mandatory.

2. Unity Gain stable

3. Straight Buffer

4. This will be interfaced to 12-bit ADC, random noise of the order of 10th of uV is not a concern.

Are you going to bandlimit into the ADC to limit integration. 20MHz or higher

So are you saying integrated 100nV is ok, well if the BW is 20MHz the output spot noise would need to be 22pV!! Did you means 10's of uV?

Have you tried using the parametric search available on ti.com to generate a list of devices?
